From Control to Trust: Dancing with the Unknown
Dear Friends, esteemed Reader,
This week I want to continue the topic from my last Soul-Letter № 17 and my invitation today goes into the consciousness, that certainty, control are not only illusions, they also are leading to lock the door for life to unfold in it's potential Joy.
We often wonder why life feels heavy, repetitive, unmoving, as though we are circling the same questions, the same fears, the same desires.
It is because we secretly worship certainty.
We want things to stay as we understand them, people to act as we expect, and our days to unfold as we plan. But the moment we cling, movement stops. What could bloom remains a seed in the dark, suffocated by our need to know.
The truth is, life was never meant to be predictable. Existence thrives in the unplanned, the unguarded, the raw unfolding of what is new. And newness can only enter when we release our grip on the familiar.
"When nothing is certain, anything is possible."
Uncertainty is not a threat.
It is a doorway, a quiet invitation into trust. When you relax into not knowing, you begin to sense that life has always been your ally.
That what you call chaos is often just life rearranging itself for your awakening.
The heart knows this rhythm well. It beats without needing to know its next beat. The river flows without questioning where it ends. And so must we, moving with the current rather than against it, surrendering to a wisdom larger than our thoughts.
"The willingness to let go of what we think we know is the key to all real knowing."
Trust, then, is not passive.
It is the deepest form of participation, a communion with the living mystery that breathes through all things. Every moment becomes sacred when you meet it without the weight of yesterday.
When you stop demanding that life repeats itself, you discover the beauty of impermanence, that everything, precisely because it is uncertain, is alive. So let the old dissolve like mist.
Welcome the unknown as a friend, not a foe.
And feel how your soul expands in the freshness of what has never been before. In truth, the universe has never repeated itself once. Neither should you.
The only certainty and constant in the Kosmos is change, when I am able to accept this fact and make this natural flow my companion, my trusted friend, I truly start to live.
With Love & Light,
Bear Saorin
